MostlyRender + MostlyQR

Render images and PDFs with a live, trackable QR code baked in

Drop a MostlyQR dynamic short link into any MostlyRender template — a ticket, a flyer, a packaging label, a certificate — and the code stays repointable and scan-tracked long after the image is printed. One render call, a QR that never goes stale. Animated MostlyQR codes come across too: press “Customise in MostlyRender” and compose them on a poster, card or screen canvas.

Dynamic QR codes that never expire, with scan analytics.

How they work together

1

Add a QR layer to your template

In the MostlyRender editor, place a QR field where you want it. It encodes a MostlyQR dynamic link, not a raw URL — so the destination stays editable.

2

Render at scale from your data

Call the API with each ticket, order or attendee — every image comes back with its own tracked code, cached and billed by usage; on paid plans, never blocked at a cap.

3

Repoint and measure anytime

Change where the printed code points from the MostlyQR dashboard, and watch scans by place, device and time — no reprint, no re-render.

Questions

Does the QR code in a rendered image expire?

No. It encodes a MostlyQR dynamic link, so the code is permanent and its destination stays editable — you can repoint every printed copy at once without re-rendering.

Can I track scans from images MostlyRender generated?

Yes. Because the code is a MostlyQR dynamic link, you get scan counts plus location, device and time for every code, even across thousands of individually rendered images.

Is this one integration or two products to wire up?

One. MostlyRender mints the MostlyQR tracked link for you as part of the render — you sign in once with your Mostly Tiny account and both are billed together.

Can I use an animated MostlyQR code in MostlyRender?

Yes. In the MostlyQR builder’s Motion step (Pro), pick an animated design and press Customise in MostlyRender. It opens a copy of that design in the motion composer, where you place the code on a poster, card, square, 16:9 or 9:16 canvas, add text, images or artwork and export a PNG still. Publishing needs the code to be scan-safe in every frame.

Does an animated code stay repointable?

Yes. It is still a dynamic MostlyQR link. The code is saved first, so the poster links to its permanent short link, and you can change the destination from the MostlyQR dashboard later while scans keep being counted.
